Version 2026-11-02-draft. A draft: the full text will be written and reviewed by a lawyer before voltrace opens to anyone outside SumValue.

It will say that:

• voltrace is a research preview, without guarantees;
• SumValue reviews sessions and designs to improve the VibeSPICE Engine, and may train its own models on them, except projects excluded from training;
• you bring only what you are allowed to share, and grant SumValue the right to use it for both;
• results are simulations, not a guarantee: verify them before fabricating anything;
• what use of voltrace is acceptable.
