Version 2026-11-02-draft. A draft: the full text will be written and reviewed by a lawyer before voltrace opens to anyone outside SumValue.
It will say:
- that SumValue is the controller, and what it stores (your name, email address and company, your projects and sessions, and technical logs such as IP addresses), why, and for how long;
- that SumValue reviews sessions to improve the VibeSPICE Engine and may train its own models on them, how to exclude a project from training, and what excluding or deleting a project does and does not undo;
- that part searches (a part's parameters, never your design) go to Octopart, and which other processors there are (hosting, email);
- that no third-party AI sees your designs;
- your rights, and how to use them;
- that voltrace uses only the cookies it needs to work: your session and CSRF protection.
